Back in 2020 when I created this page, we were in the beginning of Covid! That summer ended up revolving around all the hiking trails Mimi and I could get to, hence a website revolving around all things Emmie Lou.

Life has taken some turns (more than I have space for in this blurb), and while we still like to get out there when we can, things look a little different these days.

What started out as dedicated page for Miss Emmie Lou, is going to be morphed into a blog on all things Kelly Jo. Mimi isn't going anywhere, and neither are our adventures.. I'm just expanding to match where I'm at right now and give space for future inevitable changes.

I'm hoping to create a space to catalog all things KJ and the plethora of endeavors I venture on. 

Travel, retirement planning, hiking, low-tox living, Emmie Lou, things I wish I would have learned in my 20s, mug tours, book rec's and any other weird niche's I happen to be dabbling in.
